Man, I remember the days when people didn’t know about my blog and I could bitch about them on it. Seriously. Good times. I have a whole list now, but I can’t use it. You should probably just assume you’re on it and treat me with more deference next time you see me.

Anyways, instead of ranting I just want to know if anyone else has read The Best Australian Poems 2009. There is a lot in there that just doesn’t make sense to me or seems crap. For example, what’s the deal with ‘Dark Bird’ by Kevin Hart? And is ∏.O.’s poem just a jumble of words or does it mean something? If you could help me with this stuff, I’d be grateful.

In other news, I still have no class. Of students, I mean. Not even relief classes. Bottle shop work is boring and there are a million cockroaches in that place. And now Centrelink wants me to take a class on writing a resume or something. Fuck that.

On a positive note, I have been able to spend my free time watching the TV show Weeds. Someone should have told me about it ages ago. It’s excellent. Funny, fast-paced, and with heaps of swearing. Not to mention Mary-Louise Parker, who now holds the special place in my heart formerly occupied by Tina Fey.

But really though, has anyone read that book?
