I’m sitting here watching the movie of Matilda and one thing occurs to me - wasn’t Matilda meant to be British?
(In other news, Sydney Weblogger’s Meetup is back on and the next event is Tuesday the 5th. There’s even a Grogblogging night scheduled for May. Sign up at blog.meetup.com.)

Roald Dahl was Welsh and lived most of his life in England, so it’s a fair assumption.
But that would’ve involved Danny DeVito attempting a British accent, you see, which just wouldn’t have worked.

Was Roald Dahl really Welsh? He should be a great deal more unattractive then! Is that right T.?

Oh you’re a charmer, aren’t you? What’s to say I’m not part Welsh - apart from my apparent good looks, I mean?
And yes, Glen, I AM. BLOODY. COMING.
