Have you tried a gel rest mouse pad? Mine is a hand saver.

That might be an idea - I’ve swapped to left-hand mousing for the time being, and that seems to be making a difference. Today I’m using an Apple Pro keyboard on my pc, which seems to be just a bit less tiring. thx :)
