West Australian QC Mark Trowell claims that Indonesian lawyers on the Corby case asked for money to bribe judges.
We don’t think he coughed up.

I think the real question is why do countries kill people, or at least impose huge prison sentances for possessing drugs.
I mean that Islamic cleric (I forget his name) got 3 years for organising the Bali bombing which I think killed oer 100 people. How can they justify Corby’s 20 year sentence for carrying 4kg of grass. I don’t think anyone would have died if the marijuana was left at the Sari club instead of the bombs.
