Mish - The Husband, my c. 1985 Gemini, is named after the guy who married a girl I had a crush on. The name suits the car: it’s kind of evil and scary but in the long run I need to learn how to get along with it.

Winter - Silver Dog? Good name. I think the idea with cars is not to pay a few hudred dollars for them and then expect to get where you’re going - which is the case with The Husband. You deserve a good one after a run of bad ones anyhow.

Sorry to hear about your car breaking down. I’ve had my fair share of interesting moments along side busy roads with a derelict vehicle.

My car’s called the Silver Dog. Thankfully, unlike some of my previous cars, it’s been pretty good to me.
