Fibreglass Crocodile Hunter

It’s a kid’s ride with a fibreglass Steve Irwin and a crocodile on the back. A plaque said it was dedicated to his memory. I found it outside Target in the Broadway shops, Sydney.
I think this qualifies as tacky memorabilia, but you can bet Steve Irwin would have loved it, so in that sense it’s strangely appropriate.

The mouth. The mouth. The mouth. There’s something about the mouth which says “blow up doll” to me.
And as for the centre-part? Well, I’ve never liked them, ever since I ditched mine at the age of 16.

The lips are right off a blow-up doll aren’t they? Especially with all that lipstick.

It wouldn’t be so bad if his mouth weren’t open.
So did you ride in it? :)
