it’s raining. I’m glad that nobody else can enjoy being outside if I have to stay inside and do my homework.
Oh, did I tell you I’m moving into this apartment on Carrington street? It’s near, uh, stuff. Good stuff. Like Jumbo Video and Fremantle. And a bus stop. The apartment has more windows than I thought, but if it also has more of other stuff like roaches, bogan neighbours and tinyness, then I won’t be surprised.
In short: it’s raining, so go sit on it.

It’s a glorious blue sky day here with only the merest hint of a breeze.
Of course, I am inside in part because I’ lazily inclined but mostly because I’m waiting for a fucktarded real estate agent to come and pass judgement on my living space. I’m in pain from cleaning - especially where I sliced my finder open on some flaky paint and then got cleaning stuff in it.

You’re staying? I always head for teh hillz when the inspectors come. It sounds awful having someone come over and judge you. Fuck, it’s bad enough when my mum comes over.

Real estate is nothing compared to a mother visit. I clean like mad before she’s due - I scrub tiles and things. And bake. And panic.
And then she buys me lots of stuff and we’re all good.

Ross - Jumbo is at the shops on the corner of Petra and Canning Hwy. I think there’s another one somewhere as well. I will get a car eventually - it’s more a matter of time than money at the moment.
